Step 2: duration and date

How much time went by, and when.

Step two: the chosen category, a minute counter with minus and plus buttons, shortcuts for 5, 15, 30, 45 minutes and 1 h, a date picker, and the Add time button. — Duration first, date second, confirmation at the bottom.

Second step. The chosen category is recalled at the top with its colour, and a link lets you change it without losing the rest.

Three ways to enter a duration

The plus and minus buttons move by five minutes, which covers most cases. The shortcuts below set a duration in one gesture. And the number itself is an input field: for three hours and a quarter, you type the value instead of tapping forty times.

There is no ceiling, a duration simply has to be greater than zero.

The date

The form offers today’s date by default, and you can walk back if there is something to catch up on.
