The settings

The team, the invitations, the language, the display and the session, in that order.

Settings screen: a received invitation card with Accept and Decline, an Account card, shortcuts to My entries and Categories, and the team renaming field.
Whatever needs an answer sits at the top.

This screen gathers everything that does not fit anywhere else:

  • Team invitations
  • Editing entries and categories (for the people who think that way)
  • My teams
  • Display
  • My account

Invitations, right at the top

Invitation card: “noa invites you to join the team Copropriété”, with Accept and Decline buttons.

A received invitation appears as a coloured card with two buttons. A counter also appears on the Settings tab, because a sleeping invitation is a person waiting.

Accepting joins the team and switches to it immediately: when you accept an invitation, you want to go there. Declining tells nobody anything, and does not prevent being invited again later.

Managing teams and inviting members

From this screen, any member can rename the team, invite someone by username, cancel a pending invitation, create a new team, or leave this one. There is no team owner, and therefore nobody whose permission you have to ask.

Invitation errors are explicit and appear next to the field: unknown account, already a member, invitation already pending. This is the only place where the application can reveal that an account exists, and that is assumed, since you have to be able to invite somebody.

The button to leave the team only appears if I belong to at least two teams. The rule is firm: you are always a member somewhere.

Language and display

The interface language is chosen here, between French, English and German. It is a setting of the account, not of the browser.

Just below, the display theme offers the Organic look, the one in this documentation’s screenshots, and a high-contrast black and white look for anyone who needs maximum legibility.

The session

At the very bottom, the password change and the sign-out.
